Roger has more than 30 years of experience spanning a broad array of senior business leadership and manufacturing roles in the chemical and pharmaceutical sectors. His experience includes over 20 years in the rubber chemicals industry, obtained during his prior tenure at Monsanto, Flexsys, Solutia, and Eastman Chemicals, which included a number of international assignments in Asia, Europe, and North America. Roger holds a Chemical Engineering degree from the University of Manchester, UK.
