Neil Smith has been in the chemical industry for over 20 years, working primarily in the areas of tire chemicals, automotive interlayers, aviation fluids and heat transfer fluids.  He has expertise in technology development, product and process innovation, process engineering and organizational leadership.  As CTO, he is responsible for building a highly capable R&D organization that can execute Flexsys’ innovation portfolio and deliver innovative new products to the tire industry. He holds a Masters degree in Engineering from McMaster University and an MBA from the University of Massachusetts.
