Mark Schie is an experienced financial executive with a track record of success in a variety of industries and roles including public and private equity environments, industrial and consumer markets as well as M&A activities. Most recently, he was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Associated Materials LLC, a privately held entity. Prior to Associated Materials, Mark worked for Continental AG, Veyance Technologies, Goodyear Tire and Rubber, as well as other major firms. Mark has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and has also attended executive education programs at Duke as well as the International Institute for Management Development.
