John Burns is an attorney with over 20 years of experience, including international operations in the chemical manufacturing industry. He has worked both as in-house counsel as well as in private practice.  Most recently, he was the Director of Legal Services for Lubrizol.  Prior to Lubrizol, John worked as in-house counsel for Forest City Enterprises, and in private practice with Singerman, Mills, Desberg & Kauntz as well as Jones Day. He has a law degree from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law, and an undergraduate degree from the University of Dayton.
