Carl is a proven business leader with more than two decades of relevant experience and has run global businesses with over $1 billion in revenues. Over the course of his career, Carl has lived and worked in South America, Europe and the United States, growing the businesses, leading commercial strategy and driving innovation while leading global teams.

Most recently, Carl was Executive Vice President of the downstream nylon business at INVISTA (a Koch Industries co.), with full responsibility for strategy, growth, and performance across multiple international markets. Prior to joining INVISTA, he held various roles with Goodyear and Continental.

Carl holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering from Mauá Institute of Technology (Brazil) and a postgraduate degree in Business from Insper (Brazil).
