Flexsys Living Wage Declaration
We believe that all individuals deserve the opportunity to earn a living wage and income, especially the impressive employees who work at Flexsys.
Flexsys is committed to paying all our employees a living wage, ensuring they can meet their basic needs in the communities where they live and we work with our partners to ensure we maintain living wage standards across our supply chain.
A living wage and a living income are basic human rights. Mandated minimum wages are not always sufficient to allow workers a basic, but decent, standard of living—including adequate housing, food, access to education, childcare and savings for unexpected events.
Flexsys supports the Global Living Wage Coalition’s definition of a living wage:
The remuneration received for a standard workweek by a worker in a particular place sufficient to afford a decent standard of living for the worker and her or his family. Elements of a decent standard of living include food, water, housing, education, health care, transportation, clothing, and other essential needs including provision for unexpected events.1
Furthermore, we collaborate with organizations like the Fair Wage Network (FWN)2 to determine and implement living wage standards. In 2024, we partnered with the FWN to conduct a living wage risk assessment. We are pleased to announce that all employees exceeded the living wage and we have obtained a global certification. We continue to support the living wage initiative and will again complete an assessment in 2025.
