We Introduced Flexsys at IEC
We were excited to introduce ourselves recently at the International Elastomer Conference. The conference, which took place October 4-7, 2021 in Pittsburgh, PA, was our first opportunity to unveil our new identity to many of our customers, and share our new, re-energized focus.
We loved seeing old friends and meeting new ones. But we were also proud to deliver two outstanding presentations by Dr. Frederick Ignatz-Hoover, Technology Fellow at Flexsys. Dr. Ignatz-Hoover gave a technical presentation titled “Networks that Age Well—A Study of Compounding for Improved Durability and Hysteresis in Severe Service Applications.” He also gave a plenary lecture: “The Future of Sulfur in the Rubber Industry,” in which he discussed the history of sulfur in the industry and where it is headed.
